Privacy notice

Effective date: October 29, 2026

This notice explains what information Businesses Alliance (“we”) collects through this website and how we use it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you send our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, message and, if you choose to give them, your company, phone number and the services you’re interested in.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information.

If a request fails to send, your browser keeps a temporary copy of what you typed, only in that browser tab, so you don’t have to retype it. It is deleted when your request is sent or the tab is closed, and it never reaches us.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote you asked for.
  • To keep a record of our conversation if you become a client.

We don’t add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Who processes it

This website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. These providers process data on our behalf to run the site and deliver messages.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing contact@businessesalliance.com.

Changes

If we change this notice, we’ll update the effective date above.
